2 kg apples
250 ml water
Step by step
Wash the apples and cut them in quarters.
Place the apples and water in a large pot and cook until soft and mushy.
Attach the Vegetable and Fruit Strainer attachment to the stand mixer. Push the apples through the strainer.
Eat immediately or store refrigerated in an airtight container.
