Ingredients
Optional toppings: freshly-ground nutmeg or chocolate shavings
Whipped cream
2-3 teaspoons turbinado sugar (or brown sugar)
1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) Irish whiskey
1 cup freshly-brewed hot coffee
Step by step
Grind coffee beans using the KitchenAid® Burr Grinder and brew coffee using the KitchenAid® Siphon Coffee Brewer.
Combine coffee, whiskey and sugar in a heat-proof mug, and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Top the drink with your desired amount of whipped cream and optional toppings (if desired). Serve immediately.
