6 ice cubes

1 large egg white

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup (4 ounces) good-quality sweet whiskey or water for an alcohol-free version

1/4 cup (2 ounces) Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur

1 cup (8 ounces) fresh orange juice

Step by step

Combine orange juice, Grand Marnier, whiskey, vanilla, egg white and ice cubes in blender jar of KitchenAid® Orion Blender. Secure lid and turn dial to Speed 1 Slowly increase speed to high (Speed 10 or 11). Blend until frothy, about 30 seconds.
Divide among four glasses and garnish each glass with orange peel twist. Serve at once.
